This is a re-solicitation as full and open competition: The primary purpose is to provide via lease agreement one (1) hematology analyzer with, reagents, controls, calibrators, service, and any additional supplies at or below GSA contract pricing for the life of the analyzer. The Contractor is responsible for all materials during installation and validation of the analyzer at the Place of Performance. Detailed description of all requirements in Attachment 1, Statement of Work (SOW).
