Description: This contract is to ensure that the facility is in compliance with all regulations in regards to the handling and disposal of the biohazardous waste generated during operations. The contractor shall furnish transportation vehicle, labor, equipment, and materials necessary for, and incidental to, the collection, removal and disposal of infectious waste services in accordance with the Statement of Work (attachment 1). This will be for a base plus four (4) one-year options Period of Performance: Base plus Four (4) option years.
