This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a competitive Request for Quote (RFQ), the solicitation number for this requirement is 75H70522Q00009 for the Indian Health Services, Bemidji MN. This number is to be used on all correspondence regarding this requirement. This acquisition is under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented. This procurement will be conducted as a 100% IEE Indian Economic Enterprise; please include IEE Certification and business size in your response based upon this standard. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT **Controlled Drug Storage, Prescription Filling and Retrieval System – one system that does all three requirements of storing filled prescriptions, controlled drug storage and retrieval of prescriptions to dispense and track dispensing transactions.
