The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) 75H70521R00010, for non-personal, “Diagnostic Radiologic InterpretationServices”. Use this number on ALL correspondence. The solicitation documentand incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, effective 03-10-2021. The Indian Health Service / Bemidji Area has a requirement to provide non-personal Diagnostic Radiologic Interpretation Service, in accordance with attached instructions to offers and conditions.
