This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) 75H70521R00005, for non-personal, “Diagnostic Radiologic Interpretation Services”. This procurement is Total Small Business Set-aside under NAICS code 621512 with a standard business size of $16.50M. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, effective 03-10-2021. The Indian Health Service / Bemidji Area has a requirement to provide non personal Diagnostic Radiologic Interpretation Service, in accordance with attached instructions to offers and conditions.
