The solicitation number is 75H70520R00005; and is issued as Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-05/03-30-2020. This requirement is being issued as a total small business set-aside and all qualified sources capable of meeting requirements are encouraged to submit a proposal. It is the intention of the government to issue a single award firm-fixed contract resulting from this RFP. Offerors must include all applicable costs in their proposal. The total quoted price for all costs, inclusive of options, will be the evaluated price. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror, whose offer conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Government. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
