This notice is intended strictly for Market Research to determine if there is a 100% Set Aside for "Buy Indian" firm.. pursuant to the negotiation authority of the "Buy Indian Act", 25 USC.47. who may be able to fulfill the requirements set forth is this request. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status. This request IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The NAICS code for this request is: 621511 Medical Laboratories. Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE's) as defined by the "Buy Indian Act" are required to be registered and certified in the System for Award Management (SAM). Responses should also include: company name, address, point of contact, UEI number, and business size pursuant to NAICS code. IEE CERTICATION/REPRESENTATION ATTACHMENT REQUIRED.
