This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items in conjunction with the policies and procedures at FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Indian Health Service (IHS), Division of Acquisition Policy (DAP), on behalf of the IHS Office of Information Technology (OIT), intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price Order for Brand Name CISCO Network Equipment and Software Maintenance in accordance with Equipment List, SOW and BNJ (See Attachments 2, 3 & 4). This requirement is 100% set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) and the associated NAICS code is 541519 (Information Technology Value Added Resellers) with small business size standard of 150 employees.
