The purpose of this fixed price purchase order is to provide a Non-Personal Service Contract for one (1) Pharmacist for the Mashpee Wampanoag Health Service Unit, located in South Mashpee, MA. The Contractor shall provide leadership in standard pharmacy practices; promote medication safety and collaboration within Mashpee Service Unit in regards to pharmacy services.
