This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The Government intends to solicit for the conference planning services IAW SOW attached for one Basic Year, and four One-Year Options. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561920 Convention and Trade Show Organizers with an associated small business size standard of $20M. Similar NAICs can be considered. Questions concerning this solicitation, by interested parties, are due by 4:00 PM, 17 JUNE 2024 EST with the Solicitation name and number in the Subject Line. Please review and provide priced quotes corresponding to the Line Items by noon, 10 JULY 2024 EST and email with attachments and Solicitation name and number in the Subject Line to Natalie.Phillips@ihs.gov. This solicitation will be reviewed based on Technical Acceptability to the SOW, Relevant Past Performance then lowest price. Evaluations will also include comparison to other offers.
