This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items in conjunction with the policies and procedures at FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) and the associated NAICS code is 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) with small business size standard of $34M. ISBEE’s shall submit the attached Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Representation Form (Attachment 1). The purpose of this fixed price purchase order is to provide Brand Name CISCO Smartnet – Network Equipment Maintenance for the Indian Health Service (IHS) Office of Information Technology (OIT) in accordance with SOW, BOM and BNJ.(See Attachments 2, 3 & 4).
