This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items in conjunction with the policies and procedures at FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), Division of Acquisition Policy (DAP), on behalf of the IHS Office of Information Technology (OIT), intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order for four (4) Brand Name Dell Connectrix (Brocade) (210- AZLU). Solicitation 75H70423Q00020 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for this acquisition. This requirement will be competed amongst Dell authorized resellers as a 100% set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE).
