(UEID - LFWYEHL5DCJ7) Current Contract Award: GS00F245CA-140D7020F0121 Current Period of Performance: 09/30/2020 - 09/29/2022 BASE and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $6,464,834.07 ___________________________________________________________________________ This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE for an upcoming non-personal professional services solicitation for the Indian Health Service (IHS). This notice is for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY and is NOT a request for offers. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or around May 19, 2022 with proposals due 15 calendar days after solicitation issuance. This date is subject to change. A full Performance Work Statement with associated evaluation documentation, etc. will be included in the solicitation documents. Hard copy documents will not be available – all documents for proposal purposes will be posted at www.sam.gov for download by interested parties. SET-ASIDE: This project will be procured as a 100% Small Business set-aside with preference to Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) firms under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY: - General Tasks: The contractor will work under the direction of the Indian Health Service (IHS) Division of Diabetes Treatment and Prevention (DDTP) federal leadership in accomplishing the following tasks: Coordinating and Leading National Projects, Meetings, Conferences, and Workgroups Coordination, Programmatic Review, and Evaluation of American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) Clinical and Public Health Programs Translating Diabetes Research into Resources for Clinical Practice and Grant Programs/Communities Dissemination of Information and Resources Project Management LOCATION OF PROJECT: Primarily remote, with the potential for some on-site performance. TERO: All work is subject to the Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO) offices of the respective tribes covered by this contract award. SITE VISITS: Details regarding any site visit opportunites will be included in the solicitation. CONTRACT TYPE: The Indian Health Service intends to award a hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP)/Not-to-Exceed contract type in support of this requirement. This solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation, with Best Value (trade-off) evaluation criteria. Pursuant to HHSAR 326.603-1(h), preference will be given to Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Firm offerors who are technically capable and provide fair and reasonable pricing.
