See more details on that particular opportunity here: https://sam.gov/opp/e492c4b24d81467b905106f87a8dc8f2/view The Indian Health Service (IHS), an agency within the Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking information from qualified companies about their program management office (PMO) and/or organizational change management (OCM) service offerings in the context of the modernization of Health Information Technology (HIT) systems. This is a Small and Large Business Request for Information (RFI) notice. Responders are asked to provide information about their capabilities in at least one functional area (i.e., PMO or OCM). Companies that provide both PMO and OCM services are encouraged to share information about their capabilities in both functional areas. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. The IHS is not seeking proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations at this time and will not accept these unsolicited documents. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if issued
