As a result of the Q&A responses the PWS has been revised and incorporated as Version #2. Please be advised, this amendment does not extend the closing date of the RFQ.** Indian Health Service (IHS) requires an event management coordinator (Contractor) to provide logistical and administrative services for pre-meeting activities, onsite management and post-meeting support. The Contractor shall work with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to ensure that all meetings are conducted in a professional manner using the best commercial practices at the desired time and location.
