The attached Question and Answer document is entitled, "DCCS PH QA.pdf". Please be advised, the RFQ due date is NOT extended as a result of this posting.*** The Indian Health Service (IHS) Health Promotion/Disease Prevention (HP/DP) Program requires a Contractor to assist with the coordination, planning, and delivery of a Public Health Summit for three (3) half day sessions. The Contractor shall work with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to ensure that all meetings are conducted in a professional manner using the best commercial practices at the desired time and location. The Contractor shall provide logistical and administrative services for pre-meeting activities, meeting management and post-meeting support.
