(vi) The Indian Health Service (IHS) is planning a virtual National Combined Councils Meeting (NCC) to provide a forum for discussion among the multiple national councils and workgroups that influence agency policy for formulation of action recommendations for the IHS Senior Leadership, on issues affecting health care delivery to American Indian and Alaska Native people. The focus topics will highlight the theme of building a culture of safety and quality of healthcare. The IHS will host three virtual presentations, scheduled form 1.5 hours, to be held on three of the following dates in the base period: March 17, 24, and April 7, 2022. The preferred platform is ZOOM. The Contractor will provide a registration platform for the event. Approximately 650 participants are expected to attend over the three day virtual sessions. The dates for all option periods will be determined through planning meetings.
