The Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) 75H70421R00003 to acquire COVID-19 Response and Contact Tracing Support Services. This is for a time-and-material multiple-award IDIQ contracts and the requirement will be completed as full-and-open competition, with the Agency’s intent to exercise the small business reserves as identified in FAR 19.501 (a)(2). The resulting staffing contract will include one-year base period and two (2) one-year option periods. North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 561320 – Temporary Help Services. Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) with Contract Line Items including estimated initial contractors hire are included in this notice to help the potential offerors in developing its staffing plan. TYPE OF SET?ASIDE: This acquisition will be solicited as a full and open competition. ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about 24 March 2021.
