Amendment 1- posted 11.23.22 Several firms have asked for a site visit, however, since the equipment listing is all inclusive and all are listed, it has been determined a site visit is not needed for this service. In section D of the PWS please replace the word "Generator" with "HVAC" this is a minor administrative error. There is not a generator as part of the equipment listing requiring services. It is in the Title only in section D, all other information in the section is correct. The Desert Sage Youth Wellness Center (DSYWC) is a 35,000 square foot facility located on approximately 17 acres in Hemet, CA. The DSYWC is a medical treatment facility for native American/Alaskan native youths (ages 12-17) with substance abuse disorders. In order to provide adequate heating, cooling, ventilation and maintain other mechanical equipment at facility in working order, such equipment needs to be maintained in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations and industry best practices. The purpose of this maintenance service contract is to inspect and maintain ALL listed HVAC and mechanical equipment below in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations and industry best practices to ensure continuous operations at all times. The Contractor shall provide all material, labor, and equipment to inspect and maintain HVAC and mechanical equipment listed below and all associated appurtenances. All measurements shall be in English units. This is a “all-inclusive” contract to maintain and adjust all HVAC and Mechanical Equipment listed in this PWS. The Contractor shall proceed to complete work in accordance with this PWS and the term/conditions of this contract. See Attachment 1-PWS, Attachment 2-Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Factors, and Attachment 3-Commercial Clauses for this project.
