Solicitation number Sol_75H70321Q00003 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) This acquisition is Set Aside Buy Indian Set-Aside (specific to Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Services) There is only one contract line item which is to provide Alcohol Counselor Certification Training. services in accordance to the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide all services required in the PWS. The period of performance is one year and will be indicated on the award document. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, with its offer. The Offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) website located at https://www.sam.gov/portal.
