This will be a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract and it will be advertised and awarded as a Indefinite Deliver Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one year of service with four additional option years. The minimum for the IDIQ will be $5,000, to be covered in the first task order awarded under the awarded IDIQ contract. After award of the contract, IHS will issue individual task orders to the awardee ((TAP) throughout the year to undertake sanitary surveys for designated Tribal wastewater systems. Each awarded task order will have multiple sites to survey, up to three or four sites per task order, and it is estimated up to three to four task orders awarded per each year’s period of performance.
