Landscape Maintenance Service, Sacred Oaks Healing Center, Indian Health Service, California Area Office. The intent of this contract is to hire a commercial landscaping Contractor to develop a landscaping management plan and conduct routine maintanance. Acquisition Information. This acquisition is proceeding as set-aside for small business entities. All responsible small business entities may submit a bid. Period of Performance. This requirement is being solicited with a base period (3 mos), and four one-year option periods. Site Visit. An organized site visit is scheduled for April 21, 2020 at 11:00-12:00 a.m. Contractor shall meet at the Sacred Oaks Healing Center located at 33100 County Road 31, Davis, California 95616. It is anticipated that the RFQ will be issued on or about April 13, 2020 for download at the Beta.Sam.Gov. Offerors are advised that this project may be delayed, cancelled, or revised at any time during the solicitation process up to time of award. Ordering Solicitation. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted to the Government’s secure website Beta.Sam.Gov once the Solicitation/RFQ is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from Beta.Sam.Gov will require prior registration in the “Beta.Sam.Gov” First time user(s) will be required to register in order to access the Solicitation/RFP documents. To register, click on the “Register Now” button in the “Vendors Block” and follow instructions. The following information will be required: Marketing Partner Identification (MPIN); DUNs Number or Cage Code; Telephone Number; and Email Address. Once registered, interested parties will then be able to log in and access the RFP documents. The Government recommends all interested Contractors add their names and email address in the “Interested Vendors” Tab. It ensures that you will receive an email from FedBizOps if changes occur, and when the package is ready to be downloaded.
