Santa Fe and Taos-Picuris IHC Lab and Rx Casework Improvements
This is a construction project for the Indian Health Service to repair and replace deteriorated casework, flooring, plumbing, and associated systems at laboratories and pharmacies in Santa Fe and Taos, New Mexico. The performance period is 180 calendar days after issuance of a Notice to Proceed, and the project magnitude is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price award, set aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises under NAICS 236220. The evaluation will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable proposal, with price being the discriminating factor for award. All work must be performed at the Santa Fe Indian Health Center Laboratory and the Taos-Picuris Indian Health Center Laboratory and Pharmacy.
