This is a construction project to build a staff housing multiplex at the Pine Ridge Hospital in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. The project is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside with a size standard of $45 million in average annual revenue. The construction magnitude is anticipated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The period of performance is 730 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price, and award will be based on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation.
