Belcourt RTU & Cabinet Replacement
This is a construction project to replace an HVAC unit and renovate the interior of the CT room at the Quentin N. Burdick Memorial Hospital in Belcourt, ND. The period of performance is 180 calendar days after the notice to proceed. The procurement is a 100% set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) with a size standard of $45 million in average annual revenue. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price award based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal.
