These construction services are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS). A full scope of work, plans and specifications and Construction Wage Determination will be included in the solicitation documents. SCOPE OF WORK: This acquisition is to obtain all required commercial services, equipment, materials, and supplies to perform removal and replacement of air handling units (AHU)s #3 & #4 and all associated above-roof ductwork, humidification equipment, dehumidification equipment, and building automation controls. LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed at the Claremore Indian Hospital, 101 S Moore Ave, Claremore, OK 74017 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Period of Performance is 200 calendar days from date of notice of proceed. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(f). SITE VISIT: March 26th, 2025 at 10:00AM CT. See attachment B01 RFP for more details. CONTRACT TYPE: IHS intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in support of this requirement. This solicitation will be procured as a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 36 procedures with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. This project will be solicited as 100% set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
