This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE for the upcoming Solicitation 75H70125R00010 Crow Creek Community Sewer Renovation, located in Crow Creek Community, SD. These construction services will be in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS) prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about November 12, 2024 and will remain open for approximately 30 calendar days. The solicitation and all amendments for this Request for Proposals will be posted on https://sam.gov under Contract Opportunities. A full scope of work, plans and specifications and Construction Wage Determination will be included in the solicitation documents. SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this project is to renovate the existing community sewer system in Crow Creek, South Dakota, which serves Native Americans on the Crow Creek Reservation. All work is to be completed in accordance with the design documents provided for this project. LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed at the Crow Creek Indian Reservation. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 in accordance with FAR 36.204. SITE VISIT: Details regarding the Site Visit will be included in the solicitation. NOTE: ALL DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. This project will be solicited as 100% set aside for Small Businesses under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction.
