Bid Pack 1 consists of a full exterior replacement for the Rosebud Hospital to include roof, insulation, doors, windows, siding, louvers, vestibule expansion, generator replacement and electrical system upgrade, and other exterior accessories. All work is to be completed in accordance with the design documents provided for this project. LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed at the Rosebud Hospital, located at 400 Soldier Creek Road, Rosebud, SD 57570. TERO: TERO fees do apply.
