The Cheyenne River Health Center (CRHC) recently had a traffic control study done to better evaluate their parking facilities. The intent of this project is to comply with the results of the study and apply its recommendations. The CRHC parking lot also has some major cracking and fraying throughout the facility. To fix the cracking in the parking lot the entire lot will be repaired and chip sealed. The existing signage is also weathered and should be replaced. Due to the accumulation of snow the existing fencing for the staff parking lot has been damaged and needs repaired. All work shall be performed at the Cheyenne River Health Center located in Eagle Butte, SD. Work included under this contract will be in Ziebach County, South Dakota. Period of Performance is 180 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204. This solicitation is issued as Unrestricted, Full and Open Competition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. The associated size standard for this procurement is $45 million.
