This project is for the installation of an individual septic system with a subsurface drip system drainfield on fee land in Mason County, WA. The proposed septic system is to consist of solid sewer pipe, an underground cleanout, an aerobic treatment unit rated for 500 gallons/day, a 1,000-gallon pump chamber, pump, and controls, 80 feet of supply and return line, manifolds, and 684 square feet of subsurface drip system drainfield containing approximately 456 feet of drip line. Any permits, including the Department of Ecology Notice of Intent/Washington Water Resources Department (WWRD), are the responsibility of the contractor.
