The purpose of this project is to provide all services related to the renovate the facility’s Optometry and Medical Records (HIM) departments to improve patient access to care. The project shall renovate the existing Optometry and HIM departments to better support the needs of the Service Unit and their patients. The project shall remodel approximately 3,661 total square feet; 778 square feet in HIM, 1546 square feet in Optometry and 1,337 square feet of Office Space respectively.
