Location: 101 S Moore Ave, Claremore, OK 74017 Period of Performance: 90 days Construction Magnitude: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. Type of Contract: The Indian Health Service intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in support of this requirement. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued in accordance with FAR Part 36 procedures with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. Site Visit: Refer to paragraph L.7 of the RFP.
