Amendment A05: 1. The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to attach the as-built drawings, amend the period of performance (POP), and to extend the offers due date. 2. The as-built drawings are attached as a zip file. 3. The POP is amended to read 60 days for design plus 120 days for construction for a total of 180 days after award. 4. The offers due date is extended to 09/01/2023. 5. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment A04: 1. The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to attach the as-built drawings and post the questions and answers. 2. The as-built drawings are attached. 3. The questions and answers are attached. 4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment A03: 1. The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to attach the as-built drawings. 2. The as-built drawings are attached to this amendment. 3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment A02: 1. The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to: a. Extend the offers due date. b. Schedule a second site visit. 2. The offers due date is extended to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, 08/18/2023 to allow time to answer questions received from interested vendors and to post the as-built drawings. 3. A second site visit is scheduled for 10:00 AM Central Time, 08/04/2023, at the Pawnee conference room. 4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment A01: The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to change the following: - Change the Site Visit date to 07/13/2023, 10:00 AM Central Time. - Add and modify clauses and provisions. Please refer to attachment "B05-A01 Site Visit-Clauses-Provisions PPDT" Original Announcement: The objective of this project is to provide a new two lane pharmacy drive-through. The drive-through will provide private entry and exit oints separate from the main parking of the facility in accordance with the attached specifications, drawings and other attachments.
