Please see attachment B05 Amend A00001 for more details This is a Solicitation Notice for Solicitation Number 75H70123R00044 for the project entitled Duplex Construction, Pine Ridge Service Unit located in Pine Ridge, Kyle and Wanblee, SD. These construction services will be in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS) prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. This project is advertised as full and open competition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236116– New Multifamily Housing Construction (except For-Sale Builders). The associated size standard for this procurement is $45 million. SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this project is to provide construction services to construct eight (8) duplex units. One (1) unit will be at Pine Ridge Hospital, four (4) will be at Kyle Health Center, and three (3) will be at Wanblee Health Center. The duplexes constructed will provide quarters that support staffing needs of the hospital and health centers. LOCATION OF PROJECT: The project is to be performed at the following sites: Pine Ridge, Kyle and Wanblee, SD. TERO: TERO fees do apply.
