The associated size standard for this procurement is $39.5 million. No bidder list is maintained. SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this project is to provide construction services to construct eight (8) duplex units. One (1) unit will be at Pine Ridge Hospital, four (4) will be at Kyle Health Center, and three (3) will be at Wanblee Health Center. The duplexes constructed will provide quarters that support staffing needs of the hospital and health centers. In accordance with FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the anticipated project magnitude is: between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The type of work to be performed will be categorized under PSC code YIFA, Construction of Family Housing and NAICS code 236116 New Multifamily Housing Construction (except For-Sale Builders) with a size standard of $39.5 million.
