Amendment 2: The SOW is amended to clarify paragraph 2.E. 1. Subparagraph 2.E.a is added as follows: "Door Replacement to include Door Frame. The Door Frame will be replaced when replacing the entrance and delivery doors. Replace with metal frame able to properly hold door and stresses from door. Ensure that frame is straight, plumb, and level and that the door is operating properly at all temperatures." 2. The amended SOW is added as "B05-A02 Attachment SOW PLILB Edited 3Mar2023" 3. The offer shall acknowledge all amendments. 4. All other terms and conditions reamin unchanged. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 1: The Site Visit date is changed to 02/28/2023, 9:00 AM Mountain Time due to weather. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The existing entrance ramp does not meet ADA standards. 1. The existing concrete entrance ramp will be replaced. 2. The current ADA parking spaces will be updated to current standards. 3. Damaged pavement in the parking lot will be repaired. 4. Failing entry doors will also be replaced and upgraded. Refer to “A10 Attachment 3 SS DRAFT SOW Parking Lot Improvements Lower Brule” for a full draft copy of the scope of work.
