This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Solicitation 75H70122R00083 Desert Vision Renovations for construction services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. These construction services are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS). The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about 17 October 2022 and will remain open for approximately 30 calendar days. The solicitation and all amendments for this Request for Proposals will be posted on https://sam.gov/. A full scope of work, plans and specifications and Construction Wage Determination will be included in the solicitation documents. Additional details can be found in the solicitation when it is posted to https://sam.gov/. This project will be advertised as a full and open competition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220– Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The associated size standard for this procurement is $39.5 million. This notice is for informational purposes only and is NOT a request for submission of offers. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation itself. No bidder list is maintained. SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this project is to provide construction services for the renovation and modification of the Desert Visions Youth Wellness Center in Sacaton, AZ. The primary goal of this work is to provide for the following: Landscape and provide irrigation of the grounds of Desert Visions Replace concrete panels and paint the court for basketball and pickelball Provide concrete sidewalk in the courtyard between dormitories Seal west parking lot Resurface east parking lot Provide new roofs for all buildings Provide new epoxy floor in the walk-in freezer Replace flooring in the serving & dining area with tile Resurface the pool area, provide anchor point for basketball hoop & replace pool system Provide Cured-In-Place Pipe interior to and exterior of building 100 Provide new plumbing fixtures LOCATION OF PROJECT: The Project is to be performed at the following site: Sacaton, AZ. TERO: TERO fees do apply. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The contract Period of Performance is 180 calendar days from date of notice of proceed. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204. SITE VISIT: Details regarding the Site Visit will be included in the solicitation. CONTRACT TYPE: The Indian Health Service intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in support of this requirement. This solicitation will be procured as a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 36 procedures with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation criteria.
