The proposed septic system is to consist of a 45-foot solid sewer pipe with a 20-ft sleeve under the driveway, a doublesweep underground cleanout, a 1,250-gallon 2-compartment septic tank, a 1,500-gallon pump tank, an effluent pump and controls, approximately 115 linear feet of effluent transport pipe, and 240 linear feet of low-pressure chamber drainfield.
