This project is for the replacement of an on-site septic system on fee land in Kitsap County, WA. The proposed system is to consist of approximately 20 LF of solid sewer pipe, a double sweep underground cleanout, a 1,150-gallon double compartment septic tank with effluent pump controls and floats (Goulds #pe51 pump or equivalent), 50 LF of transport pipe, 45 LF of sleeve for transport pipe under existing driveway, and 480 square feet of drain rock bed drain-field, pump out and abandonment of existing septic tank and the removal disposal of materials. The aforementioned requirement includes: i. Mobilize and demobilize ii. Install Solid Sewer Pipe (4" SDR 35) iii. Install Underground Cleanout (Doubles weep) iv. 1,150 Gallon Double Compartment Septic Tank with Effluent Filter (Orenco Biotube#FPTS04362B or Equivalent). Install a 1000-Gal Clarifier & Pump Tank with Effluent Pump, Controls, and Floats v. 1,150-Gal Clarifier and Pump Tank with Effluent Pump, Controls and Floats (Goulds #PE51Pump or Equivalent) vi. Install Tank Risers and Lids vii. Install 50 LF of Transport Pipe (1.25" PVC Sch 40) viii. Install 45 LF of Pipe Sleeve Under Existing Driveway ix. Install 480 SF of Bed Drain-field with Drain-rock x. Pump Out and Abandon Existing Septic Tank
