This construction acquisition is for the for: The Deborah Weinbrenner site shall include the construction of a new on-site septic system which shall include a new sewer service line double cleanout, new 4-inch PVC gravity service line, new septic tank with effluent filter, new distribution box, and new EZ-flow drainfield. The Bryan Martinez site shall include the connection to an existing water main, road cut and patch, traffic control plan, new 6-inc PVC water main, new 6-inc gate valve and box, new flush hydrant and gate valve assembly, new service tap with corp stop, new PE water service line, new pressure boosting system with insulated enclosure, buried electrical cable, electrical controls, electrical connections, and all necessary incidentals for the successful water service installation located on the Mescalero Apache Reservation in Otero County, New Mexico. This project will provide sanitation facilities to a private home owned by a member of the Mescalero Apache Tribe. Upon completion, the facilities will be transferred to the homeowner(s) – Martinez & Weinbrenner. The system(s) will then be operated solely by the homeowner.
