Please review the attached Amendment.** See attached SOLICITATION 75H70120Q00046 for the Johnson Community Water/Sewer Connection, a construction project for the Indian Health Service (IHS). Detailed Instructions to Offerors, a full scope of work, plans and specifications and Construction Wage Determination are included in the solicitation documents. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 237110 – Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction with a size standard of $39.5 million. SCOPE OF WORK: See Section C of the attached solicitation. LOCATION OF PROJECT: 7410 284th St NW, Stanwood, WA 98292-7496 (S20 T32 R04). This project will take place on tribal land however, TERO is not applicable. CONSTRUCTION DURATION: Period of Performance is 30 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. SITE VISIT: See FAR 52.236-27, Site Visit Construction (page 29 of the attached solicitation) for details. CONTRACT TYPE: The Indian Health Service intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) construction contract in support of this requirement. This solicitation will be procured as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13 and 36 procedures. In accordance with FAR part 13, the evaluation for award will be based on price and the quoter’s compliance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Price is the discriminating factor for award among offers. DUE DATE: Quote packages are due by August 4, 2020 no later than 2:00pm PST. Quote packages shall be sent via email to toby.hayden@ihs.gov and shall contain the information required by the solicitation.
