This is a SOLICITATION NOTICE for the upcoming Solicitation 75H701-24-R-00027 Relocate and Install two (2) existing Elko Mobile Units, located in Elko, NV. These construction services will be in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS) prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this project is to relocate and install two (2) existing Mobile Units at the Southern Bands Health Center (SBHC). Work consists of transporting Mobile Units from on-site temporary staging area to permanent locations, site development and installation, and connection to existing electric, telecommunications, water and sewer systems utilities. LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed at the Southern Bands Health Center, which is located at 515 Shoshone Circle, Elko, Nevada 89801. TERO: TERO fees do apply. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on June 4, 2024 at 11:00 AM PDT (local Time). Please confirm attendance in accordance with clause L.6. This project will be solicited as a 100% Small Business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The associated size standard for this procurement is $45 million. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its average annual revenue for the last five (5) years is less than $45 million. If the entity responding to this sources sought is submitting experience information from any entity that does not match the name, CAGE code, and/or UEI exactly as stated on the submitting entity’s SAM record (e.g. affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies, etc.) the submission shall clearly demonstrate how that entity will have meaningful involvement in the performance of the contract and specifically address which resources would be committed to the contract.
