This is a SOLICITATION NOTICE for Solicitation 75H701-23-R-00055 Parker Duplex Quarters (Parker, AZ) a construction project prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. These construction services are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS). SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this project is for a Contractor to furnish all labor, personnel, materials, equipment, tools, appliances, supplies, services, permits, insurance, and supervision to construct two new duplex staff quarters (four housing units) at the Parker Indian Health Center in Parker, AZ 85344. LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed at the Parker Indian Health Center, which is located at 12033 W Agency Ave, Parker, AZ 85344. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The contract Period of Performance is 210 calendar days from date of notice of proceed. TRIBAL EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS OFFICE (TERO): TERO fees apply.
