This is a SOLICITATION NOTICE for Solicitation 75H701-23-R-00048 Peach Springs Sprinkler System, HVAC, and Communication Cabling (Peach Springs, AZ) a construction project prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. These construction services are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS). SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this project is for a Contractor to furnish all labor, personnel, materials, equipment, tools, appliances, supplies, services, permits, insurance, and supervision to replace the existing, failed dry-pipe sprinkler system with a new wet-pipe sprinkler system, replace HVAC units that are beyond their useful lives and replace outdated communication cabling with current-generation technology at the Peach Springs Clinic in Peach Springs AZ. LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed at the Peach Springs Health Center, which is located at 943 Hualapai Way, Peach Springs, AZ 86434. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The contract Period of Performance is 365 calendar days from date of notice of proceed. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(f). SITE VISIT: Details regarding the Site Visit will be included in the solicitation. CONTRACT TYPE: The Indian Health Service intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in support of this requirement. This solicitation will be procured as a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 36 procedures with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. The type of work to be performed will be categorized under PSC code Y1DA, Construction of Hospitals and Infirmaries and NAICS code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $39.5 million.
