This is a SOLICITATION NOTICE for Solicitation 75H701-23-R-00033 Whiteriver Boiler Replacement (Whiteriver, AZ) a construction project prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. These construction services are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS). SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this project is for a contractor to furnish all labor, personnel, materials, equipment, tools, appliances, supplies, services, permits, insurance, and supervision to replace two existing steam boilers with condensing boilers including conversion of the supported steam systems at the Whiteriver Indian Hospital campus in Whiteriver AZ. LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed at the Whiteriver Indian Hospital, which is located at 200 West Hospital Drive, Whiteriver, Arizona, 85941. TRIBAL EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS OFFICE (TERO): TERO fees apply. More information will be released in the solicitation (TERO contact Gary Hill, (928) 338-1012 or (928) 338-1258). PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The contract Period of Performance is 180 calendar days from date of notice of proceed. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(e). SITE VISIT: Details regarding the Site Visit will be included in the solicitation. CONTRACT TYPE: The Indian Health Service intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in support of this requirement. This solicitation will be procured as a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 36 procedures with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. In accordance with FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the anticipated project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The type of work to be performed will be categorized under PSC code Y1DA, Construction of Hospitals and Infirmaries and NAICS code 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a size standard of $16.5 million.
