This is a SOLICITATION NOTICE for Solicitation 75H701-23-R-00022 Whiteriver Administration Office Building (Whiteriver, AZ) a construction project prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. These construction services are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS). SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this project is for a contractor to furnish all labor, personnel, materials, equipment, tools, appliances, supplies, services, permits, insurance, and supervision to construct a new single story, 14,557 square feet (sq. ft.) wood framed administration office building on the Whiteriver Indian Hospital campus in Whiteriver AZ. The work includes structure demolition, earthwork, exterior improvements, site utilities, structural, architectural, interiors, furnishings, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and telecommunication. LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed at the Whiteriver Indian Hospital, which is located at 200 West Hospital Drive, Whiteriver, Arizona, 85941. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The contract Period of Performance is 450 calendar days from date of notice of proceed. TRIBAL EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS OFFICE (TERO): TERO fees apply. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(g). CONTRACT TYPE: The Indian Health Service intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in support of this requirement. This solicitation will be procured as a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 36 procedures with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. In accordance with FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the anticipated project magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The type of work to be performed will be categorized under PSC code Y1DA, Construction of Hospitals and Infirmaries and NAICS code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $39.5 million.
