LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed at 3761 S. Amherst Highway, Madison Heights, VA 24572-5973. Work included under this contract will be in Amherst County, Virginia. CONSTRUCTION DURATION: Period of Performance is 365 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(g).
