This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE, Solicitation 75H701-20-R-00050 for the Crow Pump Replacement Project, a construction project for the Indian Health Service (IHS), Division of Engineering Services. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about 13 August 2020 and will remain open for approximately 30 calendar days. The solicitation and any amendments for this Request for Proposal will be posted on https://beta.sam.gov/. A full scope of work, plans, specifications and Construction Wage Determination will be included in the solicitation documents. SCOPE OF WORK: The project involves the replacement of an existing Fire Pump and Controls, Domestic Water Pumps, and the Heating Water Circulation Pumps at the Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital. The fire pump and controls are near the end of their useful life so are in need of replacement. The domestic water pump controls have failed and are being replaced to tie the new pumps and controls into the building automation system. The heating water circulation pumps are aging and being replaced with new variable speed pumps to improve efficiency and save energy. The project is located at the Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital in Crow Agency, Montana. LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed on the grounds of the Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital, in Crow Agency Montana on the Crow Indian Reservation. CONSTRUCTION DURATION: Period of Performance is 90 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $250,000 and $500,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(d). SITE VISIT: Details regarding the Site Visit will be included in the solicitation. NOTE: ALL DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. For the purpose of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its average annual revenue for the last three (3) years is less than $16.5 million.
