SCOPE OF WORK: The project is to construct an 18-Plex Apartment Building per the plans and specifications. The building is a two story, 26,446 square foot multi-living facility with a common area. LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed on the grounds of the Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital, in Crow Agency Montana on the Crow Indian Reservation. CONSTRUCTION DURATION: Period of Performance is 425 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(g).
