The purpose of this solicitation is to procure the services of a consensus-based entity, necessary to support various duries pertaining to health care performance measurement, as required under Section 1890 of the Social Security Act. Amendment 0001 to Solicitation No. 75FCMC22R0031 serves to provide the Government's responses to the Question and Answer (Q&A) session conducted for the subject procurement. Amendment 0001 also serves to revise the (1) solicitation (i.e., "75FCMC22R0031"), (2) Attachment J.1- Statement of Work, and (3) Attachment J.2- Schedule of Deliverables. The revised attachments serve to replace the corresponding attachments released in the initial solicitation in their entirety. Any attachments released in the initial solicitation that have not been revised in Amendment 0001 remain in effect.
